Privacy Policy

ReadyBookSupply ("we", "us") is a service of All In One Prep Center LLC, 238 Lindbergh Pl, Paterson, NJ 07503, USA. This policy explains what information we collect from our clients, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Who our clients are

Our clients are professional booksellers who buy wholesale books from us. We do not sell to consumers and we do not collect data from the general public beyond basic website contact form submissions.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, provided by the client when applying or ordering.
• Order information: books ordered, prices paid, and order status.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Amazon account data (optional): if a client connects their Amazon selling account, we receive an authorization token and the client's Amazon seller identifier.

3. Amazon Selling Partner API data

Clients may voluntarily authorize our application to access their Amazon selling account through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. When they do:

• We use this access solely to check whether a specific product (ASIN) can be listed by that client's account in a given condition, using the Listings Restrictions API.
• We do not request, receive, process, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about Amazon buyers. We hold no order, customer, address, or payment data from Amazon.
• We store only the authorization token, the seller identifier, and ASIN-level eligibility results needed to filter our recommendations.
• Amazon Information is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.
• Clients can revoke our access at any time from Amazon Seller Central (Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps). Upon revocation or on request, we delete the stored token.

4. How we use information

We use client information to operate the service: to recommend books, process orders and payments, ship products, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use client data for advertising and we do not sell client data.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace/Gmail (email). These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Databases and hosting accounts are access-controlled and limited to company principals, with multi-factor authentication enabled. Credentials are stored in managed environment stores, never in source code. We maintain a written incident response plan and will report any security incident involving Amazon Information to Amazon within 24 hours of detection.

7. Data retention

We retain account and order records for as long as the business relationship continues and thereafter as required for tax and accounting purposes. Amazon authorization tokens are deleted upon revocation or client request.

8. Your rights

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
