Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the ReadyBookSupply service and client portal, operated by All In One Prep Center LLC ("we", "us"), 238 Lindbergh Pl, Paterson, NJ 07503, USA. By applying for an account, placing an order, or using the portal, you ("client") agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the service

The service is offered to businesses that resell books, by application and approval. Accounts are created by us and are not open to public self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. What we provide

We source wholesale books and present recommendations in your client portal, including our estimate of resale value and sales velocity based on third-party market data. Estimates are informational only and are not a guarantee of resale price, sales speed, or profit. You are solely responsible for your own pricing, listing, and business decisions.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices shown in the portal are our all-inclusive selling price per book and include our service fee.
• Recommendations reflect supplier stock at the time of listing. Stock changes frequently; a title may become unavailable after you approve it. If we cannot supply an approved title, we refund the amount paid for that title.
• Titles left undecided for 24 hours are removed from your list and replaced with new recommendations.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card details. Shipping charges are calculated separately and are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and condition

Orders ship to the address on your account. Books are supplied in the stated condition (typically Very Good or better, as described per title). Title and risk of loss pass to the client on delivery to the client's address or designated warehouse.

6. Returns and claims

If a book arrives damaged, or materially does not match the described condition, notify us at info@readybooksupply.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will, at our option, replace the item or refund its price. Claims made after 14 days, or for reasons other than damage or misdescription, are at our discretion.

7. Amazon account authorization

You may optionally authorize our application to access your Amazon selling account through Amazon's Selling Partner API. This access is used solely to check whether your account is eligible to list a specific product. We do not access buyer, order, or payment information. You may revoke access at any time from Amazon Seller Central. Eligibility results are provided by Amazon and may change; we do not guarantee ongoing eligibility for any title.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, or resell access to the service. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, including decisions made in reliance on our estimates.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in the portal. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
